The Billing Associate works as part of the Revenue Cycle Management team. Duties include but are not limited to: Answering phone calls, assisting with billing/insurance inquiries, payment collection and account auditing. Qualifications: High School Diploma, Computer literate, have customer service experience, must use proper phone etiquette, and knowing medical terminology is a plus.
